We like to make special dog treats for our dog. It's really nice for those hot days. Not only does it cool her off, but she enjoys them immensely! Okay, any treat for her she enjoys immensely, but still, it's a fun way to give her a treat.
Any tub will do, just fill it a little with water, put a special treat in it, and freeze. After frozen fill with some more water and put another treat in and freeze. Sure, there's a simpler way of doing this, if you want to fork out $22.49 (on sale w/free super saver shipping) for the handy dandy Premier Kool Dogz Ice Treat Maker Dog Toy. Seriously love the idea, but not fond of buying a mold when I can do it for peanuts at home. I use all kinds of tub sizes, treats and toys for our dog. She loves it! Happy dog treat making!
